OBU women’s soccer falls to Harding

Chelsea Brandon scored all three goals as the Ouachita Baptist University women’s soccer team fell to Harding during Senior Night, 3-0, Friday night in a Gulf South Conference match.

After playing to a scoreless tie in the first half, the Lady Bisons (7-9-1 overall, 2-5-1 GSC) finally got on the board in the 50th minute.

Brandon scored her first goal on a free kick and added her second tally in the 64th minute on a cross from Minnie Guzman. She completed the hat trick in the 86th minute as Lauren Stark assisted on the goal.

Sarah Glenn had five saves in goal for Ouachita, while Hannah Douglas recorded two for Harding.

Ouachita ends the season with a 2-8 overall record and an 0-8 GSC mark.
