April 19, 1994.

 

Do you have any siblings? If so, what are their names and how old are they?

I have 6 siblings; Shelby, 32. Tracy, 28. Jeremy, 25. Ashley, 21. Josh, 19. Faith, 14.

 

Where did you go to high school?

Little Rock Christian.

 

Were you involved in any extracurricular activities in high school? If so, which ones?

Tennis, basketball and choir.

 

Why did you decide to come to Ouachita Baptist University?

I came to OBU because of the music program, and my sister is here.

 

What is your major(s) and minor(s)?

I’m a music major and a Christian studies minor.

 

What on-campus activities do you participate in at OBU?

Ouachita Sounds, Ouachita Singers, choir and intramurals.

 

Who was the most inspirational person in your life growing up? Why?

My mom, because she’s always been such a hard worker and homeschooled us growing and cares about us so much.

 

What are your goals after graduation?

I’d like to get a job hopefully as a worship leader at a church.

 

What is your ideal job?

My ideal job is being in a touring band playing music.

 

Why did you decide to try out to be a Tiger Tunes hostess?

It looked super fun and being a music major and enjoying music I saw it as something I would want to invest my time in and try to get it!

 

Did you look to anyone for advice as you thought about trying out? Who and why?

Yes, my sister and girlfriend and other friends in Sounds, because they can hear things in my voice that I can’t and always give me great, honest advice.

 

What was your reaction when you first learned you had been chosen as a hostess?

I was extremely happy and excited to hear that I had been chosen, and very honored because it is so prestigious.

 

What do you want people to remember most about the 2013 Tiger Tunes show?

I want people to remember our group as a group that stood out and tried new things and was able to pull it off with the talent that we have.

 

What has been the funniest experience so far as you all have been practicing for Tiger Tunes?

The funniest experience for me has been the late nights and long practices where we have all been out of energy and we were delirious and all hyper and spaced out.
