“So Michael and I were with this teammate through the IMB, his name was Tristan and he liked to abbreviate a lot of words, and we were also with two other American girls. Conversation gets going, where we just start abbreviating words. We’re going to eat some food and were thinking what should we eat. I throw out the idea, ‘Let’s go get some noods.” Like abbreviated. But Michael made a big deal out of it. And I didn’t really catch it. There were a lot of awkward times we were doing something hilarious and they didn’t find it funny.”
